indie kry → Happy Inc → Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
Happy Inc ("the Game") is developed by indie kry (Individual Entrepreneur Raman Krauchuk, Georgia). This policy explains what data is processed when you play the Game and what choices you have.
The Game has no accounts and no registration. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, or payment details. We do not use the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA), the Game never shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
The Game is free and is paid for by ads: a full-screen ad appears between runs, never during one. Ads are served by third-party SDKs, which may process the following technical data on their servers: a device identifier (identifier for vendor), IP address, the approximate region derived from it, device model and OS version, and ad interaction events (impressions, clicks).
Only one of the two is used on any given device, chosen by its region.
On the first launch the Game asks whether ads may be picked to suit you. If you decline, ads stay non-personalized and the Game is otherwise exactly the same. Your answer is stored on the device and nowhere else.
The Game itself contains no analytics or attribution framework and reports nothing about how you play. Anonymous delivery statistics and crash diagnostics may be collected by the ad SDKs above; that data is not linked to your identity.
The Game has no servers of its own and no networking code of its own — the only thing that goes online is the ad SDK. Everything else, including your record, works with the device offline.
The Game saves your settings and your best distance locally, in the standard iOS preference storage of the app: chosen language, tilt options, music and sound volume, and the record. This information stays on the device, is never transmitted, and is deleted together with the Game when you delete it.
Steering reads the device's motion sensor to know how the phone is tilted. The readings are used in the moment, for the flight of the ball, and are neither stored nor transmitted.
The Game has no in-app purchases.
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EU) you may have the right to access or delete the data processed by the ad providers listed above; their privacy policies say how to ask them. The ads question is asked once, on the first launch — reinstalling the Game asks it again, and answering it again is how you change that choice.
We may update this policy as the Game evolves; the current version is always available at this address.
